Pikes Peak Ave. Mr. Black will discuss changes and developments in the law relating to cannabis delivery services and cannabis “clubs.” The event is free to the public and Mr. Black will be discussing several other bills including legislation on publicly licensed marijuana companies, the addition of e-cigarettes to the Clean Indoor Air Act, and the Institute of Cannabis Research.
