Cliff’s client was charged with DUI, careless driving, and driving without a license. The offer was for Cliff’s client to plead guilty, and the DA was seeking jail time. Cliff motioned the Court for dismissal of the case due to lack of evidence. The Judge hearing the matter granted Cliff’s motion, and all charges were dismissed the day trial was to commence.
