COVID-19 Update

We hope that you are safe and healthy during this unsettling time. We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, clients, and associates very seriously. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of COVID-19 and safety measures being implemented by our government agencies, government operations, including court access and regulatory access.

At the Law Offices of Clifton Black, we pride ourselves on being innovative with technology and utilize it to provide you the experience you’d expect from a modern law firm. In times like these, our state-of-the-art technology and robust infrastructure allow our office to work remotely without compromising our commitment to our clients. While in-person appointments are preferred, for the purposes of Social Distancing, we are available to our clients by personal meetings while socially distancing, phone, or email during this time. Our office is accustomed to being able to serve our clients in the office and remotely, including convenient alternatives to conferences and executing documents while remaining COVID-19 compliant. We have been able to resolve many legal issues for our clients during this time while working remotely and in the office.

The following adjustments to our office are being implemented until further notice:

  • If you are a new client seeking legal representation, you may contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will connect you with an attorney who will be able to assist you.
  • The Colorado Courts have announced that they will limit all non-emergency hearings until further notice, we are closely monitoring any changes and updating our clients accordingly. To see up to date information go here.
  • If you have a court appearance scheduled between now and January 6, 2021, the paralegal handling your case will contact you whether your appearance is necessary or if your hearing has been continued.
