Biography
Managing Attorney Clifton Black has been practicing law since 2000 and is a founding partner of the Law Offices of Clifton Black. He is a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs and earned degrees from Pikes Peak Community College (now Pikes Peak State Collage) and the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He received his Juris Doctorate (law degree) from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
Cliff practices in both Criminal Defense and Business law.
Criminal Defense: Cliff has been practicing criminal defense since the beginning of his career, 2000. Throughout that time, he has handled thousands of criminal defense cases, ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including, but not limited to:

Cliff’s opinion has been sought out by the local news channels and has sat on numerous panels discussing emerging industries.
Cliff has represented many clients in buying and selling businesses, or all the business assets. He has assisted clients with companies that are worth less than a hundred thousand dollars to companies that are multimillion dollar companies. When issues arise in these transactions, Cliff is known to come up with creative solutions to get the deals done.
